Borås Parking Hands Over Operations of the Truck Parking Facility in Viared

As of 1 August, Drivers First Sweden will take over the operation of the truck parking facility on Stormgatan in Viared.

When Borås Parking, together with Borås Stad and Viared Företagsförening, established the truck parking facility, the goal was to create a safe, secure, and sustainable solution for commercial transport in the area. Since then, the facility has contributed to improved road safety, better traffic flow, and a safer environment for both drivers and businesses in Viared.

Over the years, Borås Parking has been responsible for the operation, supervision, and development of the facility. Through close cooperation with several stakeholders, the parking area has provided a secure place for professional drivers to park their vehicles.

From 1 August, Drivers First Sweden will assume responsibility for the operation and ongoing management of the truck parking facility.
