Parking attendants
From parking attendants to parking hosts, we take customer service to a new level. Our main task is to monitor our parking lots as well as street and property parking areas. By working proactively, we make it easy for our customers to park correctly and are always available to assist with more than just parking.
Thanks to our collaboration with the Tourist Information Center in Borås, our parking attendants also act as hosts for the city. They can answer questions about everything from directions around the city to recommend events or restaurants, due to their extensive knowledge of the city.
Our parking attendants carry great responsibility for everything related to parking and are well-versed in the applicable laws and regulations. They are also trained in CPR and first aid to handle unexpected situations.
In their clear uniforms, our parking attendants are easily visible around Borås, no matter the weather. They move around both on foot and by car, always ready to help and inform, ensuring that everyone can park smoothly and correctly.
