Ecological sustainability

We are environmentally certified according to Svensk Miljöbas (the Swedish Environmental Basis) and are certified for the year 2024. We work actively to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and make it easier for our customers to reduce their emissions from fossil fuels.

To reduce our environmental impact, we work to increase and maintain our production of renewable electricity and use electric vehicles, bicycles, or walking for our daily trips. We also choose high-quality workwear and reuse outerwear when staff turnover occurs. Our properties are made energy efficient through smart control systems, recycling of heat energy, and switching to LED light sources. In new construction, we choose sustainable alternatives for both materials and energy supply. We also have smart garbage cans that are powered by solar energy compress waste and tell the supplier when it is time to empty them. They also encourage cleanliness through friendly messages when you throw something away. In our parking areas, we promote diversity by planting grass, trees, and flowers that benefit both the environment and the aesthetics of the city. In many places, the maintenance is adapted to meadow land to benefit flowers and bees. In addition, we ensure that we buy organic food and replace chemicals with more environmentally friendly alternatives.

We help reduce our customers' emissions through a digital parking management system that shows available spaces in the parking garages in real time, which reduces unnecessary search traffic. In addition, we are increasing the number of public charging points and bicycle racks to encourage more people to choose environmentally friendly means of transport.

Social sustainability

Social sustainability is another important part of our business. We offer accessible parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, both with and without charging stations for electric cars. To make parking accessible to everyone, we have different pricing. If you choose to park in our green zone, which is a little further from the city center, you can park at a lower price. We also ensure that our parking areas are well-lit and have camera surveillance to further increase security. By offering clear information on our website, physical and digital signage, and via app providers, we reduce stress for our customers as we want it to be easy to find parking with us.

Economic sustainability

We achieve economic sustainability through efficient resource utilization and digital solutions that optimize the use of our parking spaces. We invest in sustainable infrastructure, such as solar panels on parking lots or electric vehicle charging stations, to reduce operating costs and create new revenue opportunities over time. By making systems more energy efficient, such as LED lighting and smart systems to reduce energy consumption, operating costs can be reduced while reducing environmental impact. We work to prepare for changes in the transportation sector, such as increased use of electric cars or autonomous vehicles, to avoid future costs and ensure we are one step ahead. By diversifying our revenue streams and entering into strategic partnerships, we create a stable foundation for long-term economic growth.
