Truck Parking
For those visiting Borås by truck, a parking facility has been available in Viared since the fall of 2023. This parking area is provided by Borås Stad, Borås Näringsliv, Viareds Företagsförening, and Borås Parkering.
The truck parking area covers approximately 6,000 square meters and accommodates around 35 trucks, up to 25 meters in length. The parking lot is well-lit and monitored by cameras to enhance security. In addition, there are restrooms and waste containers available on-site. Truck drivers can park free of charge for up to 24 hours. Parking on the surrounding streets is prohibited.
